
A Manhattan man was arrested Saturday afternoon following an aggravated burglary and domestic disturbance reported in the city.
Riley County Police say officers filed the report around 2:44 p.m. Jan. 10. A 33-year-old woman was listed as the victim, and a 36-year-old man known to her was identified as the suspect. Police reported that the suspect entered the victim’s residence, battered her and caused property damage.
Officers arrested 36-year-old Todd Dunstan around 3:15 p.m. on charges of aggravated burglary, domestic battery and criminal damage to property.
Dunstan was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
