42-year-old woman held on $50K bond following aggravated battery arrest

A 42-year-old Manhattan woman was arrested Friday night on an allegation of aggravated battery.

Sarah Ann Gutierrez was arrested at about 11:22 p.m. on an allegation of aggravated battery.

Riley County Police listed a 48-year-old man as the victim.

Gutierrez was issued a $50,000 bond and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.

Police said no further information would be released due to the nature of the alleged crime.
