A 49-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Monday afternoon after police said he allegedly threatened to harm others.
Marcus Edward Dobson was arrested at about 3:53 p.m. in the 400 block of Leavenworth Street on an allegation of criminal threat.
Riley County Police listed a 27-year-old woman, known to Dobson, as the victim.
Dobson was issued an $8,000 bond and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
