A 59-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Tuesday afternoon on multiple allegations, including battery of a law enforcement officer, criminal threat and assault of a law enforcement officer.
According to the RCPD, Anthony Brian Velez was arrested just after 4 p.m. 705 3rd Place, the location of Fridas, the True Mexican Taste.
Velez faces allegations of criminal trespass, battery, battery of a law enforcement officer, criminal threat, interference with a law enforcement officer and assault of a law enforcement officer.
The RCPD listed two women, ages 33 and 56, and a 38-year-old man as victims.
Velez was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
