61-yar-old arrested on drug distribution allegations

A 61-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Wednesday night on multiple drug allegations, including distribution of a controlled substance.

Robert Darryl Williams was arrested just before 8 p.m. in the 2100 block of Fort Riley Boulevard on allegations of possession and distribution of an opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant.

Williams also faces two drug paraphernalia allegations, including possession with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia for illegal use.

Williams was issued a $30,000 bond and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
