A Manhattan man and three others are recovering after a crash on US-77, south of Junction City.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a northbound Mitsubishi Outlander hydroplaned and went into a ditch, right around 6 p.m. Tuesday evening. All four occupants sustained only minor injuries, including 31-year-old Derrick Hawkes, of Manhattan. Others involved in the crash were 31-year-old Jeffery Jones, 22-year-old Zed Bryant and 38-year-old Jennifer Wangerin-Smith, all of Herington.

All four were treated at a Junction City hospital.
