City Manager Danielle Dulin announced Wednesday that Sarah Smith Barr has been hired as Manhattan’s new Municipal Court Judge, starting this week.
Barr recently retired from K-State after 23 years as Student Legal Services Attorney. She will replace current Municipal Judge James R. Kepple, who retired Monday after three years of service in the municipal court.
