Riley County Police are investigating a theft case reported Tuesday afternoon at a Manhattan restaurant.

Officers filed the report Sept. 23 around 1:47 p.m. in the 600 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard. Police said Carlos O’Kelly’s and a 31-year-old woman were listed as victims after an unknown suspect fraudulently took money as payment. The total loss is estimated at $1,800.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact RCPD or Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Tipsters using Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
