The Riley County Police Department is investigating a vehicle burglary reported early Thursday morning in Manhattan.

Officers filed a report around 2:16 a.m. Nov. 13 near Bluemont Avenue and 11th Street. A 55-year-old man told police an unknown suspect broke into his vehicle and stole various audio and electronic equipment. The total loss is estimated at $12,000.
