
A Pennsylvania man was arrested Wednesday afternoon following an aggravated battery investigation in Manhattan.
Riley County Police say officers filed a report around 12:44 p.m. Dec. 3 listing a 23-year-old man and the Kansas Department of Transportation as victims. Police reported a 29-year-old man known to the male victim caused injury and damaged property during the incident.
Officers later arrested 29-year-old Yehuwdah Superville of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, around 2:17 p.m. in the 6900 block of Fort Riley Boulevard. Superville faces charges of aggravated battery and criminal damage to property.
He was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
