
A Manhattan man was arrested early Sunday morning following a traffic stop that led to multiple charges.
Riley County Police say officers filed the report around 11:47 p.m. Jan. 10 in the 700 block of Fort Riley Boulevard. The case involved allegations of driving under the influence, transporting an open container and tampering with an ignition interlock device.
Officers arrested 48-year-old Kenneth Upton at approximately 12:17 a.m. Jan. 11 on all listed charges.
Upton was issued a total bond of $6,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
