
A Manhattan man was arrested Wednesday afternoon at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center on a failure-to-appear warrant, according to authorities.
Joseph Fabre, 61, was taken into custody at approximately 12:58 p.m. Feb. 25th in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road, the location of the Riley County Law Enforcement Center. The Riley County District Court warrant stems from original charges of distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, manufacture, plant or cultivate, possession of Zolpidem and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia in the human body.
Fabre was issued a total bond of $100,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
