An Arkansas man is in custody on a past Riley County warrant alleging aggravated robbery and aggravated battery.
Riley County Police say 19-year-old Maxx Epley was arrested just after 2:30 p.m. Monday in the 1100 block of Bluemont Ave. The warrant stems from a report filed in July 2025.
Epley was issued a total bond of $100,000. He remained confined as of Tuesday’s arrest report.
