A Manhattan man was arrested early Thursday morning following a drug investigation, according to the Riley County Police Department.
Officers filed a report at approximately 2:01 a.m. in the 800 block of Temple Lane for distribution of a certain stimulant in an amount of at least 3.5 grams but less than 100 grams, distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a substance listed under KSA 65-4105(h), and criminal use of weapons.
Stephen Blair, 22, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3:12 a.m. on charges of distribution of a certain stimulant in an amount of at least 3.5 grams but less than 100 grams, distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a substance listed under KSA 65-4105(h), and criminal use of weapons.
Blair was issued a total bond of $25,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
