
A Manhattan man was arrested Wednesday morning on multiple offender registration and perjury charges, according to the Riley County Police Department.
Officers filed a report at approximately 10:49 a.m. in the 3000 block of Tonga Street for aggravated violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act, violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act and perjury.
Frank Martinez, 60, of Manhattan, was arrested on charges of aggravated violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act, violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act and perjury.
Martinez was issued a bond of $100,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
