
A Manhattan woman was injured Friday night after her vehicle struck a deer on Interstate 70 in Dickinson County, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 9:14 p.m. May 15 on eastbound I-70 near mile marker 274.8, about 0.4 miles west of K-15. Investigators said a 2018 Buick LaCrosse was traveling eastbound when a deer entered the roadway from the south and was struck by the vehicle.
The driver, identified as 77-year-old Judith A. Hall of Manhattan, sustained suspected minor injuries and was transported to Abilene Memorial Hospital.
