A Manhattan man was arrested Friday afternoon at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center on multiple charges stemming from a Riley County District Court warrant, according to authorities.
Nicolus Allen Weiss, 34, of Manhattan, was taken into custody at approximately 1:55 p.m. May 15th in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road, the location of the Riley County Law Enforcement Center.
The warrant includes charges of criminal threat, harassment by telecommunications device, criminal damage to property, battery and domestic battery.
Weiss was issued a total bond of $8,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
