
A Manhattan man was arrested Tuesday night on multiple charges, including violating a protection order, according to the Riley County Police Department.
Officers filed a report at approximately 10:22 p.m. June 2, 2026, in the 2200 block of Sloan Street for driving while suspended, driving while a habitual violator and violation of a protection order.
Kevin Michael Harbaugh, 44, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 10:41 p.m. on charges of driving while suspended, driving while a habitual violator and violating a protection order.
Harbaugh was issued a total bond of $6,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
