A Manhattan man has been arrested in connection with a Riley County investigation into the alleged sexual abuse of a child.

Taylor Michael John Boyle, 33, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 9:32 p.m. Thursday, July 16, on a Riley County District Court warrant charging him with three counts of rape in which the offender is 18 or older and the victim is younger than 14, and three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

According to the Riley County Police Department, the arrest stems from a report originally filed in September 2025.

Boyle was issued a total bond of $250,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail.

Due to the nature of the alleged crimes, police said no additional information will be released. The investigation remains ongoing.
