An Olathe man was arrested late Tuesday on suspicion of felony driving under the influence.
According to the Riley County Police Department, Jake Thomas Monaco, 26, of Olathe, was arrested around 11 p.m. in the 4200 block of Kimball Avenue.
Police allege Monaco was driving under the influence and that the arrest represents a fourth or subsequent DUI conviction involving a blood or breath alcohol concentration of .08 or greater within the statutory time period.
Monaco was booked into the Riley County Law Enforcement Center on a $5,000 bond and remained confined at the time of the report.
