
A Topeka woman was arrested Monday on an outstanding Riley County District Court warrant.
According to the Riley County Police Department, Hope Elizabeth Minter, 44, was arrested around 12:15 p.m. at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center on suspicion of violating her probation.
The warrant stems from original charges including two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Minter was ordered held without bond and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
