A 58-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Friday on allegations including mistreatment of a dependent adult or elderly person.
Randall Clarke Reitz was arrested at about 6:24 p.m. on allegations of assault, mistreatment of a dependent adult or elderly person and criminal threat.
Riley County Police said the arrest stems from a report originally filed in June.
Reitz was issued a $20,000 bond and was no longer confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
