A 40-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Sunday night on allegations of aggravated battery and aggravated intimidation of a witness or victim.
Alberto Antionio Reyes was arrested at about 9:30 p.m. on allegations of aggravated battery and aggravated intimidation of a witness or victim.
Riley County Police listed a 46-year-old man known to Reyes as the victim.
Reyes was issued a $10,000 bond and remained confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of the report.
