The Manhattan-Ogden school board has banned Dan Henke, a frequent critic, from school grounds.

A letter addressed to Henke says he “may not be present on any school property Monday through Friday between 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., or when evening events are held there. If you do, you will be guilty of criminal trespass.”

The Mercury obtained a copy of the letter late last week. Dated Oct. 13, the letter says the following: “As previously communicated to you, your interactions of every type with principals and directors, must cease.” The letter says any communication has to be with the central school district administration.
