According to the RCPD, Blake James Graham, of Rogers, Arkansas, was arrested around 2 p.m. at the Riley County Law Enforcement Center.
Graham faces 20 counts of harassment by a telecommunications device, eight counts of violating a protection order and two counts of stalking. The allegations stem from a report originally filed in August 2026.
