A thunderstorm system is continuing to move eastward across central and southern Kansas Saturday morning, bringing with it the potential for gusty winds and small hail. While the strongest storms are expected to stay south of I-35, areas along and south of I-70 may still experience some active weather.

The current storm complex is expected to move out of the region by late morning, but forecasters note that isolated storm redevelopment is possible later this afternoon.
