Drivers heading along Anderson Avenue must adjust their commutes after construction on the Anderson Avenue water, street and storm improvements project entered its next phase on Monday.
Phase 2B and 3A of the project will reconstruct the westbound lanes of Anderson Avenue from College Heights Road to Elling Drive.
These phases will also extend the work zone east from Oakdale Drive to Harris Avenue.
