UPDATE: Man shot by RCPD during standoff dies from injuries

2:30 p.m. Saturday update The man shot by Riley County Police early Friday, after an hours long standoff, has died. K-State reports lowest weekly percentage of new coronavirus cases

The month of September went out like a lamb in terms of new coronavirus cases reported in the Kansas State University community.
