K-State scholarship student arrested for multiple sex crimes

A K-State scholarship student has reportedly been arrested on sex crimes charges this past weekend. Nieko William Javie Giesbrecht, 20, was arrested at 7:53 p.m. on three sex crimes charges including rape, aggravated sexual battery, and breach of privacy.
