BREAKING: Fire breaks out at Founders Hill apartment complex

Emergency crews were called for a three-alarm fire at the Founders Hill apartment complex in Manhattan near the intersection of College Avenue and Claflin Road Monday afternoon. No injuries have been reported and residents of and near the apartment were evacuated. KMAN will have more information as the situation develops.
