A bicyclist was taken to the hospital Friday afternoon following a vehicle–pedestrian crash in Manhattan.
Riley County Police say officers responded around 12:30 p.m. Jan. 9 to the intersection of Anderson Avenue and Waters Street. A 2023 Jeep Compass driven by 77-year-old Glen Milheim of Junction City struck a bicyclist, identified as 54-year-old Nataniel Ervin of Ogden.
Ervin was transported to Irwin Army Community Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
Milheim was cited for failing to yield at a stop sign.
