Art Streiber/NBCA rep for Blake Shelton confirms that the singer is suing In Touch magazine over its September 28 cover that alleges he checked into rehab for alcoholism after his divorce from Miranda Lambert.
According to TMZ, Blake’s lawyer filed the suit against Bauer Media in Los Angeles County Superior Court, asking for $2 million in damages. The lawsuit comes just days before the star of The Voice releases his new album, Reloaded: 20 #1 Hits.
