Greg Gayne/NBCCassadee Pope is headed back to The Voice. And even though the Florida native was on Blake Shelton’s team when she won season three, that won’t be the case this time.
The “Think of You” hitmaker will work with Kelly Clarkson, advising her team through the knockout rounds. They start Monday at 8 p.m. ET on NBC, continuing the next day and the following Monday as well.
“Going back to The Voice is like coming home,” Cassadee says. “It was such an honor to give advice to these incredible artists alongside Kelly. Having done exactly what they’re doing, I felt this urge to let them know the nerves are normal and to just breathe through it all.”
“If a past Voice winner came back to advise me during my season, it would’ve been extremely welcomed!” she continues. “I can’t wait for everyone to see these artists in action.”
Cassadee’s also releasing new music this week. Her new single, “Take You Home,” comes out on Friday.
