Riley County Police officers arrested an Ogden man Wednesday, at 2:11 p.m. for over 30 charges, the man is now held in jail on a $100,000 bond. Kyle Patrick Tarpey, 20, is charged with aggravated offender registration act violation, 27 counts of offender registration act violation and five counts of perjury.
