Sony Music NashvilleChris Young canceled his planned four-hour signing session at CMA Music Festival Friday after accidentally cutting his left hand Thursday night. Chris was making dinner at home when he injured himself and was taken to a hospital.
Though he can’t sign autographs right now, Chris is still scheduled to perform at the CMA Music Festival concert Saturday night at Nashville’s LP Field.
