David Nail and Sheryl Crow returned to their hometown of Kennett, MO Monday night to play a benefit show for their alma mater, Kennett High School. The show, called Kennett Crossroads, was held in the school’s gym to raise money for the Performing Arts and Athletic Departments.
David was honored to be part of the show. He tweeted, “Can’t thank my hometown enough for the experience.”
The concert also featured up-and-coming country acts from Kennett, Blackjack Billy and Trent Tomlinson, as well as David and Sheryl.
Says David, “Truly unique what we have there in the water. I’m certainly humbled to be a part of it. I am who I am because of [Kennett].”
