Dierks Bentley is the only person seen in the video for his new single, “Say You Do,” filmed last month in Canada. The clip is now posted on Vevo and features Dierks piloting a seaplane to a remote lake and then taking a motorcycle to a cabin to drink and be alone with his memories. “Say You Do” captures a “hardcore yearning” to rekindle an old flame even though the relationship is clearly over.
Dierks says, “This song is about wanting something so badly even if it’s not good for you, just wanting that love back, which is something I think everyone can relate to at some point in their life.”
“Say You Do” is included on Dierks’ latest release, RISER, which is nominated for Album of the Year at the 48th Annual CMA Awards, airing November 5 on ABC.
