A Manhattan man was arrested Thursday afternoon on multiple drug-related charges following an investigation by the Riley County Police Department.

Officers filed a report for distribution of marijuana, distribution or possession with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia, a precursor or stimulant, and possession of a substance under KSA 65-41-5(h) just before p.m. July 16 in the 2300 block of Candlewood Drive.

Rysean Alexander Parks, 26, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 3 p.m. on the same charges.

Parks was issued a total bond of $5,000 and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
