Reviver Entertainment GroupKenny Chesney will throw one of the biggest Cinco de Mayo parties anywhere this Saturday, as his Trip Around the Sun tour brings him to US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

But even without the Mexican holiday that’s become one of the biggest drinking days of the year, Kenny still has plenty to celebrate. His duet with pal David Lee Murphy is currently in the top ten, and his new single, “Get Along,” isn’t far behind.

“I tell you, one of the things that I love about this year so far is the song ‘Everything’s Gonna Be Alright’ with David Lee,” Kenny says. “I recorded that record [with] him, and that song is one of the most infectious songs that I’ve heard in awhile.”

After David Lee’s surprise appearance at Kenny’s show last weekend in Milwaukee, the superstar admits the “Dust on the Bottle” hitmaker is likely to make a return appearance.

“You know, David Lee isn’t necessarily on this tour,” Kenny explains. “But I can tell you right now that in certain places, in certain cities of this tour, we’re gonna be doing that song, ‘Everything’s Gonna Be Alright.’ And the fact that it’s doing as well as it is, it just makes me very happy, because it is such a feel-good record.”

Expect more feel-good vibes later this summer, when Kenny’s new album, Songs for the Saints, comes out July 27.
