MCANot only is George Strait releasing his new CD Cold Beer Conversation exclusively at Walmart and Apple Music today, he’s also opening a store in Nashville. Strait from Texas debuted this morning inside the legendary Ernest Tubb Record Shop among the honky tonky of Music City’s famed Lower Broadway. The pop-up store features new t-shirts, memorabilia and Strait catalog albums, as well as copies of the new record. The shop is set to stay in place for at least ten days.
Meanwhile, pre-sales for Strait’s dates next year at the Las Vegas Arena start today, with tickets going on sale to the general public next Friday, October 2 at 10 a.m. PT.
