A Texas man was found not guilty by a jury in Riley County District Court on Friday in a trial charging him with sex crimes.
Abel Gutierrez Jr., 35, of Laredo, Texas stood trial for four days on two counts of aggravated sexual battery and two counts of sexual battery. The jury in his case reached a verdict of not guilty for all four counts early Friday evening.
