Warner Music NashvilleEven though he’s keeping the premise of the music video for “Tattoo” a secret, Hunter Hayes has released a teaser clip that goes behind the scenes of the shoot. It was filmed on the outskirts of Nashville in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, at least partially inside a large warehouse. The 23-second preview shows Hunter playing the guitar and chatting with an attractive brunette in front of a wall that resembles the back of a large white building.

“[‘Tattoo’] is about inspiration,” Hunter says. “It’s about that moment when you meet somebody and you’re inspired by them and all you want is to encourage them as much as they’ve motivated you. And that’s the fun of it — meeting that person you’re crazy about.”

We’ll have to wait until July 28 to see the finished “Tattoo” video when it premieres on CMT. In the meantime, expect more teases from Hunter’s camp.
