A Hutchinson man pleaded guilty to attempted contribution to child misconduct Monday, after reaching a plea deal with the state.

Kobi Scroggin, 24, pleaded guilty to two two counts of attempted contribution to a child’s misconduct by sheltering or concealing a runaway.

He was arrested March 18, after aiding two runaway children. Scroggin reportedly knew the children, also of Hutchinson, a boy born in 2007 and girl born in 2009.
