Jason’s understandably happy his fans have accepted this new sound with open arms. “It’s so awesome that my fans trust that I have a pretty good ear for the kinds of songs they will like, and that they follow me to new places with each album,” he says. “I couldn’t be happier with all the excitement around the new music.”
“Burnin’ It Down” is the lead single from Jason’s new album, Old Boots, New Dirt, due out next week. Look for Jason to promote the album with a performance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Wednesday.
