Reviver RecordsFriday evening, LOCASH celebrates today’s release of their first new music in two years with a live Facebook chat with their fans. The EP I Love This Life takes its title from the duo’s current top-20 hit. Preston Brust says he believes these six songs have given LOCASH the best chance to define their sound so far.
“There have been a lot of misconceptions about our music. Some people think we sound this way, or some people think we sound that way, and that’s fine, but we’re here this time to make sure everyone knows exactly what we sound like.”
Up until now, Preston and musical partner Chris Lucas have enjoyed their greatest success as songwriters, having penned “You Gonna Fly” for Keith Urban and “Truck Yeah” for Tim McGraw.
The live Facebook chat starts at 5 p.m. ET, with LOCASH also set to roll out a new behind-the-scenes video of their life on the road.
