Rain the past few days has led to standing water in some areas around Manhattan, although nothing serious is being reported. KMAN shares just a few photos of locations with standing water. However, Lyon County had some flooding issues, with K-99 (Lyon County) north of Emporia closed for a while over Dow and Stillman Creeks from MM 109-110.
