A Manhattan man was arrested Wednesday evening after police investigated a report of criminal damage to property.
A 34-year-old woman was listed as the victim. Police identified a known 32-year-old man as the suspect.
Jacob Bernard Underwood, 32, of Manhattan, was arrested around 9 p.m. on suspicion of criminal damage to property.
Underwood was issued a $5,000 bond and is no longer confined in the Riley County Jail.
