A Manhattan man on Monday pleaded guilty to charges including burglary and assault, after reaching a plea deal with prosecutors.
Michael Calvert, 33, appeared for arraignment with judge Kendra Lewison and entered a guilty plea to counts of attempted aggravated robbery, residential burglary, aggravated assault and criminal threat. In return, Deputy Riley County Attorney Trinity Muth has dropped three remaining charges against Calvert.
