A Manhattan man on Monday pleaded not guilty to charges of child sex crimes, and now will go to trial in December.
Joseph Ray Marlow, 25, appeared in Riley County District Court before judge John Bosch and pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated criminal sodomy of a child under 14 years old and two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child under 14 years old.
His lawyer, chief public defender Trey Bryant, will plead Marlow’s case to a jury in a four-day trial set to begin Dec. 2.
