A Manhattan man’s attorney made a motion to withdraw from his client’s case Wednesday, in order for a motion to withdraw his client’s guilty plea be heard.

Nathaniel Brock Williamson, 19, was arrested by Riley County Police Officers on Feb. 27, 2023 and charged with one count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a child. The victim in all counts is a girl Williamson knows.

News Radio KMAN does not identify victims of sexual crimes.

This January, Williamson entered a guilty plea for the count of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and three counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
